Strict Diets, Rigorous Workouts, and Motivation – Victoria’s Secret for Their Fashion Show

Fashion ShowGraced by the performances of POP queen Rihanna and teen sensation Selena Gomez, this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show seems to be the most anticipated lingerie event of the year! Affirmations are Canadian singer, The Weekend, will be performing and the Hadid sisters will walk the ramp.

Commonly known as “The Angels”, these talented models are very enthusiastic about the annual event. It takes a lot of effort, everything from following a strict diet to attending fitness sessions like yoga and cycling.Beauty is such hard work!

As reported in The Telegraph, the VS angels that will be walking in the show are Elsa Hosko, RomeeStrijd, Taylor Hill, Jasmine Tookes, Alessandra Ambrosio , and Stella Maxwell.

Rumor has it, that the “Umbrella”star is going to own the stage as she has before. The show is to be broadcasted in over 180 countries and will cost tens of millions of dollars.

CBS will be airing the show on the 8th of December! Everyone involved seems to be making preparations for the big day. Seems like a fashion rendezvous is going to be full swing in New York City this December, models in designer lingerie will be strutting down a catwalk entertaining viewers worldwide.

Beauty Is Such Hard Work!

An example of dedication can be seen in Alessandra Ambrosio,who’s has been spotted practicing yoga andpilates. Her twitter posts reflect her excitement of the big day almost as if she were a marketing committee. Getting in shape for the event, the Brazilian beauty was spotted doing a barre class. A VS angel since 2004, Alessandra reveals her healthy diet which includes eating chicken, vegetables, and salads – with very little sweets. And scrupulous workouts of course!

The sculpted physiques of the VA Angels don’t come without a lot of hard work.They require lots of sweat and perseverance! Being the most envied women on earth one would simply be in awe of how flawless they look! What’s more, they have families and children to cater to as well! Gosh, I can’t imagine how they organize it all… oh Lifestyleand the workout regimes, diet watch amongst other rigorous tasks. Role models, truly I admit.

The Rigorous Regime

Looking good isn’t the sole purpose of my job (or any of it really), there is no defying the fact that just a glance at the VA angels sparks motivation in me and encourages me to workout at least to rev up my own flagging energy levels.

But the workouts that make up the daily routine of these models is a completely different ball game. The pulleys that are used during Pilates are nothing short of torture tools, yet proven to be very effective. Cardio can be sweaty and extremely exhausting and can leave you drained, but at the same time it builds up your stamina as well, and also releases those wonderful post work-out endorphins. Fitness training was never a piece of cake but it’s especially difficult if you are an envied VA angel!
