She’s a Kardashian All Right! Insider Says Rob Loves That Baby Dream Is His ‘Spitting Image’

Dream Kardashian is only 1-day-old, but she already closely resembles one of her parents: dad Rob Kardashian!

“Dream is the spitting image of Rob. She looks exactly like him and Rob is thrilled,” a source close to the new parents tells PEOPLE. “She’s like his mini me.” 

Kardashian, 29, mentioned his late father Robert in an Instagram post writing, “She’s an exact copy. Pops sent us an angel. It’s truly a blessing. He’s happier than anyone on this day  I’m so happy and thankful.”

and his fiancée Blac Chyna welcomed their first child together at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Thursday morning. According to E! News, Chyna gave birth to Dream at 9:18 a.m., who weighed 7 lbs., 5 oz.

As seen in the couple’s #MannequinChallenge video posted not long after their daughter’s arrival, Chyna was joined in the delivery room by her fiancé and grandmothers Kris Jenner and Tokyo Toni.

Hours after meeting his adorable daughter, the new father took to Instagram to share a photo of the infant.

“Today was amazing🙂I am so lucky!! Thank you @blacchyna for having our baby and being so strong ! I love you so much and can’t wait to see her get older day by day with you Chy! I love you and Dream so much and Appreciate both of you. I know everyone saying that’s my twin but that’s def your nose Chy lol.” Kardashian captioned.

An insider previously told PEOPLE that “Rob was so emotional. He started crying when he saw his daughter” and added, “He’s been waiting for this moment for such a long time! She already has him wrapped around her finger.”

Fans can look forward to watching the events surrounding baby Dream’s arrival in the hour-long Rob & Chyna Baby Special on Dec. 18 at 8 p.m. ET on E!
